> Don't ever order anything from Bothof's Bakery. When I was planning my wedding, I initially ordered my cake from there. The first day I met with the owner or manager, I gave him my $100 deposit plus an additional $100 towards the cost of the cake. The wedding was months away. About a week later, I called to cancel. The owner/manager kept avoiding my calls & when he would talk to me he would make up excuses of why he couldn't refund any of my money. I understand keeping the deposit, but I should have at least got the extra $100 back. The cake had not been started yet. I felt like I was robbed. I told him I was going to report him to the Better Business Bureau & he said "Go ahead because your not going to get a dime out of me!" I would never order another cake from this place or refer anyone here. What terrible customer service & refund policies!!!!
