> Fast service, but way to much yelling from what I assume to be the managers. The poor girl at the front counter looked like she was about to cry when one moment she was told to take orders and the next she was yelled at for not making some sort of ice cream. Even saw a costumer confront the manager on the girl's behalf, telling her that it wasn't fair to tell her to do something and yell at her for listening, and her response was that 'she knows better.' The food was hot, the service was good and even after the girl got yelled at she found a way to smile at me to take my order.

> The restaurant had to many flies inside.  The counter service was helpful but when I went to get my order an item was missing, I had to press my point and explain my receipt to get my missing item. Overall I was disappointed in the customer service.

> I am very disatisfied!!!! I had went through drive thru for my lunch break and the gurl on drive thru was being so rude i got offended. That willl be the last time i visit this Burger King she needs to be fired!! I did not get a smile or a Hi and she just threw my food at me!! That is not good customer service at all. if any questions give me a call my name is consuelo my visit was on august 8, 2011 at 12:35 p.m

> I have stopped frequenting this location due to poor service.  Opening times varied. The last time I was there the person at the drive trough said that there was no sugar in the store for my coffee and that the manager had said he wasn't going to order more.  The option was the use of Splenda.  What happened to "have it your way?".  I contacted B.K. headquarters but of course no answer.
