I am currently stuck in Iowa and wanted to surprise a friend in Visalia by arranging an order for him to pick up.  I spent an hour and a half calling, hitting redial repeatedly and NO ONE EVER EVEN ANSWERED!  They may be an incredible market but are they SO incredible they no longer need to answer their phone for business?
