> I purchased a phone from Go Wireless and although they gave me a good deal on a good phone and they were VERY helpful setting up the phone and learning a little about my first smart phone my issue is based on the customer service after I purchased.  I had an issue with the phone after just 14 days and they did not follow up on getting me a replacement phone.  They said they would but didn't.  The sales person said the manager and district manager would follow up and they didnt.  I'm sorry but they have lost a customer for the future.
