They told me it would take 5-7 days. It is now Dec. 23, 2009. Two weeks after initial order I had come in and inquire about the cover. Employee said he would look into it. No telephone call. So I had to call and employee's only response was it's probably on back order. So I told him to call and verify. Still no call back. Then I had to call again and make him call me back. It was on back order. I said it's been already 28 days. Manager Shane said he would order it again and have it FedEx overnight (12/21/09). Called on 12/23/09 and still no pool cover. Now Manager Shane says it'll take 1-3 days from FedEx. Too many excuses and never a call back. Now my refund is going to take a few weeks because I paid by check, even though check has been cleared weeks ago. I will never do business again with Leslie's of Visalia, Ca.","rating":1,"date_published":"2009-31-12"}]}
