I have also had them make a small screen for my Bathroom window and had them make a new sliding screen door. Each time they did a great job I used them 15 years ago to replace a window at my last house I owned. That was not the case with me.  I recently took in a \"small\" table which needed a glass top, and I was told they would call me later on the same day with an estimate....nope! It's been more then a week...and still no call. Hello!?Finally, I decided to pick it up and they didn't even seem to care.
