> Terrible Company!  It says a lot about a company when they don't allow customer feedback on their website or on their social media sites.  If they don't support public feedback then that should be a huge red flag for all buyers.  I placed an order and waited over 16 WEEKS to get my order.  I reached out to the company several times through email, calls and their their 'support ticket system.'  It took weeks to get a response each time.  There was even TWO TIMES they promised a delivery in the next week that never happened.  I appreciate small businesses and understand delays, but it's not acceptable to not return responses to customers that have already paid for an order, has major delays in their orders, and have set delivery expectations that never were completed. Once I finally did receive my order, it was incorrect!!  I will never again order from this company and suggest all brides-to-be or other buyers to stay away.  Such a disrespectful company not respecting their customers.

> The rating I'm giving this company is a 0 .  I purchase an item with them on Feb 2016 and at this point I have not received it.  I have call the company many times .  I have left message and I have not heard from them at all.  I even send them email and nothing.  I'm very MAD because I order this item for a special occasion .  They have not tried to make an contact with me at all.  I also provide my # and again nothing ...I will never do business with this company ever again!
