We've been frequenting them at their old location for a few years. Their new location is bright and laid out very nicely, and the customer service is still fantastic. Most importantly, the store is managed by a former dancer, and all the employees really know how to fit a flat and pointe shoe, which is obviously crucial for a young dancer. The only negative is that their prices are a bit higher than what you will find online, but for shoes, especially, the higher price is absolutely worth the expertise available by Contra Costa Dancewear's associates.","rating":4,"date_published":"2013-18-10"}]}
