> I wished i had known these were REFERBISHED fireplace heaters , mine worked for a few months now is starting to over heat and has to be left off for 15 minutes before it may or may not work + there s no internet site where you can go contact these ppl threw email and thats crazy ,some ppl cant call or dont like to use telephone , there should be a website to contact them and get help , i dont buy REFERBISHED stuff if the  small message on inside was on outside i wouldnt have bought it ,where it said it was referbished !!!!!

IF SOMEONE DOESNT CALL ME TODAY, @ 540-244-7881, B4 U CLOSE TODAY, IM GOING TO SHIP IT BACK TO U, GET A REFUND  & THEN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE : AND PURCHASE 1 FROM SOMEONE ELSE WHO DOES RESPIND RIGHT AWAY & MAKES THINGS "RIGHT."
