I attempted several times to have them come on wednesdays or fridays when I was home.  I would be told they would come on wednesday or friday but they would show up at random times.  One of the times they came they left the gate open my dog wandered out and was injured.  I finally had to put a lock on my gate to keep  my dog safe.  When I called them in February to pick up the portapotty they never showed up....for months.  Finally  in June 4months later they showed up.  From Feburary until June they never serviced the portapotty, BUT continued to charge me for the months we were not using it and waiting for them to pick it up.  Then to add insult to injury they added late fees and interest racking up the charges to 485.00.  Up until Feb everything was paid in full.  I refused to pay the charges for the time we were not using the potty and waiting for them to pick it up.  Also, they never reimbursed for the 350.00 vet bill for my dog.   I called their office for over 2 years to have this taken care of.   I was told each time they would take care of it but it never happened.  They proceeded to send me to collections.  I still continue to call and ask them to settle this with me and their bookkeeper Alyssia will not discuss this matter with me.  If you live in the area there are other companies to use. My call on Monday mid-morning for a temporary toilet w/overhead power will be delivered tomorrow morning.  Their rates are considerably better with no delivery charge.  If I thought the portable units would be made of legos, I was pleased with the quality of what was provided at such an exceptional cost.
