My firm signed up for an advertising plan with CitySearch over the phone to pay for click-throughs to our website with a maximum monthly budget. The call was supposed to be recorded and we were never sent a contract or Terms and Conditions. We were charged the maximum of our budget for all three months and only received 11 click-throughs to our web site. Upon attempting to contest the charges (good luck getting through on the phone and good luck with the merchant part of the web site functioning) I was told we did not have a 3 month contract and had never sent notice to cancel.","rating":1,"date_published":"2009-28-08"}]}
