I myself am a unhappy customer with the treatment and lack of knowledge from management and their business.  THEY ARE RUDE & INSULTING.  Management does not not know how to correctly handle customer issues nor do they take responsibility/ have an explanation as in why an item got damaged during the cleaning process. They treat the customer with disrespect and are insulting during the conversation.
