For your better than average/gourmet sandwhich, the prices are great. I love the cold fried chicken sandwhich and the pork banh mi. Dinner highlights: beets with onion custard, salt and charcoal potato's, lollipop kale with pig ears and the egg yolk gnocci. While it may sound like a simple dish, the potato's were absolutely stellar. They came with housemade sour cream and a bottle of black vingear which we completely doused over the entire dish. We finished our meal with the incredible dessert 'apple' which was a deconstructed and skewed version of an apple pie. Service was fantastic and I appreciated how often they changed out our plates so as to not mix up any flavors.
