The new manager \"Shawn\" is great! He is knowledgeable and seriously trying to change the negative views some people have about this station and service. Even before they change I had a brake light changed, yea it cost 24.00 dollars but what was my alternative? Drive in traffic all the way downtown to the VW dealership? You get what you pay for and many times convenience costs a little extra. I have had nothing but a positive and honest experience.  I am no mechanic however the mgr Shawn always takes the time to explain things to me so I understand what is going to be done and the necessity of it. Gas is a little more than some other stations down Santa Monica Blvd, but there goes the convenience argument again, you pay for convenience when you want it. In closing I would like to challenge some of you to re-try the station again.  The new Mgr Shawn has made many positive changes in his employees and the courtesy shown to you the \"customer\".
