Didn't seem understand client or concerned about welfare of pet.  Waited more than three hours to see vet. Their were not busy when I came in for a walk in. I've been condescended most of my life because people don't like listening to me. I brought my dog in for an exam. The vet told me that he needed a heart worm test. I thought it was kind of late to have a heart worm test since he was about eight years old. So I told tech not to do the test.  And besides it is unprofessional to make unwanted advances on the job. They did it anyway.  So told the clerk up front that I didn't want the test done.  They had an attitude, another clerk talked to me as if I were a kid, I was old enough to be her grandfather.  I'm 64 years old.  They showed me no respect as human being.  How would they like me to talk to there grandfather like that. They lost there temper. I didn't lose mine. I was calm.  I have a right to disagree with any treatment that I don't think is necessary.  I was a long time client and yet they believed this new employee who just got hired within the year.","rating":1,"date_published":"2017-21-05"}]}
