I am in Taiwan and my friend is in LA for study. I made an order online for her birthday, but she didn't get it. I tried to contact the florist, but since there is time difference between LA and Taiwan, it is hard to contact them, and 24 hr phone service can't provide me any help. My friend helped me to call West Hollywood Florist,  they said they would send me email since they can't make international phone call which I can't understand why since they provide international delivery. However, a couple days have passed, I am still waiting for their email. After reviewing a few shops I decided to go with this florist. When the recipient received the plant they advised me that the plant was very dry. I was advised that the plant wasn't dead, but it was just extremely dry which was to say the least quite embarrassing. Not only was the person on the phone extremely helpful and willing to think outside the box but they promised a same day delivery and cam through.
