I am extremely satisfied with the job they did on my custom hot rod.  Owners were very hospitable and their son showed me everything they were going to do and why before doing any work so I was able to agree or disagree before work was performed.  Prices were great also and comparable with other upholstery shops, PLUS, this one was spotless and orderly which was very important to me.
