The first thing you see is a big pile of shopping carts in the gutter at the enterance. THE CLUB HOUSE CAN BE USED FOR FREE FOR PARTIES AND EVENTS. THE LAUNDRY ROOM IS CLEAN, AND AFFORDABLE. THERE LOTS OF TRESS AND SHADE.  IT'S CLOSE TO MANY STORES AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION LIKE WALMART, HOME DEPOT, IKEA, AND LOT OF RESTURANTS. ITS ALSO REALLY CLOSE TO THE RIVER CATS AND OLD SACRAMENTO.
