> This is home for undocumented immigrant farmworkers and there undisiplined children,  wannabe gang members and there 4th grade educated friends poop all over this dump. The first thing you see is a big pile of shopping carts in the gutter at the enterance. I cannot stress enough to avoid this place!!

> THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL PARK WITH A NICE POOL. THE CLUB HOUSE CAN BE USED FOR FREE FOR PARTIES AND EVENTS. THE LAUNDRY ROOM IS CLEAN, AND AFFORDABLE. THERE LOTS OF TRESS AND SHADE.  IT'S CLOSE TO MANY STORES AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION LIKE WALMART, HOME DEPOT, IKEA, AND LOT OF RESTURANTS. ITS ALSO REALLY CLOSE TO THE RIVER CATS AND OLD SACRAMENTO. THE PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I HAVE ENJOYED LIVING IN THIS PARK FOR MORE THAN 7 YEARS. ANGIE
