The home was all that I had hoped for.  It was a pleasure to work with Factory Direct and their team.  From sales to delivery to on-site construction, everyone was very thorough and competent.Alejandra Radillo at Factory Direct was always helpful and re-assuring with her knowledge, advice and responsiveness, making the whole process enjoyable.Neal Hocker and his crew of Hocker Construction Co. were also excellent in the delivery, set-up and finishing;  doing quality  installation down to the smallest details.
