> I had sent our driver to this store to purchase some shipping tubes.  Another UPS store had told me these ran about $3 to $4 dollars, but he went to this location because it was closer.  The tubes were $8.99 and he purchased 4, not realizing until signing the credit card receipt how much more of the company's money he was spending than he had anticipated.  He asked to return them and just purchase 1, but was told that was not possible.  Really, no returns on something that has not even left the store!We, like you, are a small business trying to make a buck and do what we can to keep  business thriving and people employed.  Little things like this don't help.  There are ten or more businesses that sell the same products and services within 5 miles of our location.  Next time we will choose on of these.

> In response to the others reviews about how theres no line & how quick it is here..IT'S BECAUSE IT SUCKS HERE THATS WHY!I ASKED FOR MY PACKAGE TO BE SHIPPED TO A BUSINESS ADDRESS, BUT INSTEAD THE OWNER (INDIAN MAN), PUT IT AS RESIDENTIAL. WHY? B/C IT COSTS MORE! HE PURPOSELY OVERCHARGED ME TO MAKE MORE COMMISSION. A FRIEND OF MINE ALSO CAME HERE TO SHIP HIS COMPUTER WHICH COSTED HIM ABOUT $300 HERE...THATS UNBELIEVABLE..BUT WHEN HE WENT TO FEDEX, IT COSTS ONLY $50. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN, NOR WOULD I RECCOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION.THE OWNER IS RUDE, IMPATIENT, AND DID I SAY RUDE ALREADY?
