Do not recommend for anyone. Terrible customer service. Liar and scam artist! Requested refund in 1 day (the loan). 2 days later I had to call to find out the status. She tells me the bank did not approve the loan for 1 day, but 10 days. She also pointed out that I still had to pay bank fees.  I called her 2 weeks later (bcause I still hadn't heard from her). She says that the bank doesn't count weekends. So i call irs. IRS tells me she didnt file them until 2 days after I had completed my taxes with her!  She refuses to give me copies of my return!","rating":1,"date_published":"2009-11-02"}]}
