I had a workers comp case in California, then later moved out of state, they told me I could take advantage of the courses in the new state then later told me I cant. Then they told me they would reimburse me for the computer I bought and then told me they would give me an additional 500 dollars miscellanious voucher. HOWEVER, I noticed when I got the reimbursement, they dedcuted it from the 500 dollars when they told me I had 1000 dollars to spend for a new computer. I don't know what the other people's issues are but I had a good experience with them. Monique or Monica, the operator was a sweetheart. I think I started with Janet but ended up with Denise. She was the best! I'll admit that I wasn't happy with the service at first but I showed up there and I was able to talk to the manager, Oscar I think the guy with big dimples. I found out my adjuster didn't want to give me a voucher so I guess that was the hold up. It took a while but Denise was patient and Oscar got my voucher, then I got a 5000 check from the state too. I ended up going back to my old company but now I work in the office instead of the warehouse. The only bad part was the office was cramped but everyone looked busy so I guess they do something right! What's the all team up together to prevent you from speaking to the supervisor when you have a complaint. Then all of a sudden your paperwork is lost that's the cowards way out. I guess they figure if they lose your paperwork he will postpone your 45 days of you getting any kind of assistance From your adjuster. She seems real pushy and bossy. Jeanette promises Things such as prior curriculum ideas before she can deliver. You talk to her on the phone one week it's OK. The next weeks you don't know who you really are and what she said . I understand they have a caseload but most people try to build a relationship with her clients and she not doing that.
