They charge you outrageous amounts for the work they do, they continue to find "other work" that you need to have done when they complete the work you originally went in for. They replaced a crown that they said was too old and in the process of removing the old crown they knocked the tooth loose that was next to that one and blamed me for it being loose. First time I called, there seemed to be chaos in the office. I was told I would be called back, never did. Waited a day and then called again to make an appointment. I was put on hold while they checked my dental plan then I was hung up on. Called back in 10 minutes to follow up, I then told them that I had called and the call was dropped. I was put on hold for 30 seconds and then someone else answers and asked the reason why I was calling! Obviously this office cannot possibly take an appointment without there being more than one call! I can't imagine how the service would be.
