The owner & his son do the inspections and chimney sweeps themselves.  No sub-contractors.  They have great pride in what they do and they do it well.  They want the customer to be satisfied and work very hard to achieve that.  They swept both my chimneys in about 2 hours, inspected them and made minor repairs to the fireboxes.  Their work was clean and professional - they left my house as clean as when they arrived.  They didn't leave anything for me to clean up afterward.
