He is difficult personality and the staff are able to handle him in a polite and gentle way. My loved one enjoys the therapy and nursing care.  He is very happy with everything at the facility. Some of the staffs are not professional. The Rehab director, If I not mistaken her name is Rochell and Matt Flake (administrator) they both lack people skills and I heard a lot of negative feedbacks from residents and staffs. Management should replace these two personnel, they're creating bad impression to this facility.
