But the home warrenty wouldn't cover it because the wire was virtually inaccessible due to the fact that it was located behind our kitchen cabinets. I kept thinking to myself...there has to be some way to do this without removing the cabinets...but I had no idea what the solution would be and how complicated it really was. Thankfully...Steve of Star Light Electric came to the rescue! Steve came to our house and easily diagnosed the situation. Watching Steve figure out how to solve the problem was like watching a professional puzzle solver quickly analyze, reason, and solve the puzzle. Steve was able to identify where the problem in the wiring was. He then came up with a brilliant way to access the wire by simple widening a small hole that was already made in the back of the cabinets. He was then able to fish through a new wire, connect it to the outlet and patch the hole back up. His work was flawless, and his price was extremely reasonable. He also happens to be a nice, honest person. If we have more electrical issues Steve will be the one we call!
