> All members of Dr. Kurtz's staff to whom I came in contact were not up front regarding the cost of my appointment. I didnt feel I even needed an appointment in the first place, but was told it was necessary to renew my prescription. Two days before my visit, I left a phone message with the Billing Department inquiring about the cost. I did not receive a call back.
