I will be reporting them to the BBB for their lack of professionalism, trust in their store, cheap material and items in the store. Trying on a dress and having the beads slowly tear apart from the dress.... This is what you call Los Angeles swap meet material dresses. I would never recommend this store to anyone. I was a little nervous, but everything worked out fine.  When I arrived, it was already here and the woman who helped me was super nice and helpful and just fun to deal with.The dress was even slightly cheaper than the one I tried on where I lived before.
