> Very Unprofessional owners. Say one deadline and behind on the date the dress is due. They lack organization skills. They do not keep promises, HORRIBLE alterations. Alterations look as though a beginner. Please save the heartache and not ruin your special day. They will ruin your special day. By not having your dress on time, or ruining your dress completely.  I will be reporting them to the BBB for their lack of professionalism, trust in their store, cheap material and items in the store. Trying on a dress and having the beads slowly tear apart from the dress.... This is what you call Los Angeles swap meet material dresses. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Go down the street to the other bridal store, or head out to Sacramento.

> I lived in another state so I had to order my bridal gown and just hand over my credit card info over the phone without ever even meeting the people in the shop.  I was a little nervous, but everything worked out fine.  When I arrived, it was already here and the woman who helped me was super nice and helpful and just fun to deal with.The dress was even slightly cheaper than the one I tried on where I lived before.  Kinda bad about returning calls, but nice in general and they have a great selection.
