> All American Koating never showed up.After waiting two weeks for a scheduled appointment with All American Koating (for a simple shower pan re-coat) they canceled my appointment yesterday.  The work was rescheduled for today @ 9:00am to 9;30am.  At 11:00am, with no one in sight, I called the dispatcher and she told that she would call me right back.  She never did.  After reaching only their answering machine for the next couple of hours, I finally reached the dispatcher again and  asked her if anyone was on there way.  Her only response was that she relayed my message at 11:00am and "that was all she could say".  She promply hung-up while I was still attempting to ask her if anyone was coming and never heard from them again (I haven't been treated like that since my last trip to the DMV).I took a day off work to pay All American Koating to perform some simple work.  They never calIed to cancel, reschedule or apologize.  It's funny, I would have been satisfied if I received just one honest phone call (maybe a little annoyed, but hey, that's life).Save yourself some time and loads of aggravation and go anywhere else, it can't be any worse.
