Carl was overcharging for the parts and labor, when asked what part I needed, Carl declined to give that information, even though I paid for that service. Carl's shop for me was a rip off because I basically paid for nothing, since I still have to take my truck in to find out what part I need. Unless you have alot of money to waste don't waste your time at this shop.","rating":1,"date_published":"2009-22-01"}]}
