We were charged a $100 deposit. Later called to cancel the service and were told we were not even on the schedule. Made several attempts to contact the company to receive a refund of the deposit and kept getting disconnected. The company never called us back. I then called again and was told to call back in the morning, when I called I was again told to call back. When I was finally able to talk with someone they charged me a $35 cancellation fee which was never mentioned. This company did nothing but give us the run around for weeks on returning our deposit, or should I say a portion of our deposit. I would not recommend this company to anyone as they were very unprofessional and rude.","rating":1,"date_published":"2013-03-04"},{"author_name":"anonymous","review_text":"AMAZING!
