To be honest i was actually impressd by the staff UNTIL i had to pay $75 for the vet to print information on how to care for the turtle out! The only reason i chose this place was because when i googled it the website said  the FIRST EXAM is FREE!  I literally went in there without a dime on me and when they gave me the amount I owed I had to go outside to get the money for my boyfriend.... I was embarrassed. The turtle wouldve been cheaper if i had BOUGHT it to begin with. Thw only reason i didnt leave it there is because my daughter already loves it! After i got home i looked on the website and in FINE print it says the FREE exam is only for CATS AND DOGS. Im pissed... They all truely care about every pet that comes in. Dr. Taylor is very knowledgable, and I have trusted him with all of my pets (3 dogs & 2 cats) for routine preventitive procedures to major surgeries.
