Ezoma provides a platform for local businesses to optimize their online presence for discovery by AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and others. We offer free and paid subscription tiers with varying levels of optimization and features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit false or misleading business information, use the service for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your business content. By submitting content to Ezoma, you grant us a license to use, distribute, and display it in connection with providing our services to AI platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ezoma is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
